nutrition and water

Our physical health is obviously built up by the food we eat and the exercise we do. But many studies have found that nutrition and water have affected more than just our physical fitness and health; it has a huge impact on our mental wellbeing as well. Fundamentally energy is passed through all types of forms, and food and water can be one of them. Water not only is biologically healthy for our cells to maintain health, but water also has memory that can be useful in spiritual healing. The reaction of water to surrounding energies was explored popularly by Dr. Emoto. He researched the different chemical formations of water crystals under a microscope after receiving different phrases such as “Evil, Thank you, Love and Gratitude, and You Disgust Me”. This shows directly that the water we consume has energy within it, and if we can fuel our bodies with purified water, our bodies will thrive as well. We can talk positive reaffirmations into our water, and generally drink water in abundance for healthy flow in our bodies. In terms of food, imagine the impact a natural, earthy vegetable will have in comparison to a greasy, processed pack of chips. There is also a comparison between processed and organic foods. At its core, an organic food is food that hasn’t been modified with pesticides, fertilizers, GMOs, and other chemicals. Biologically, these all add unnecessary, unhealthy toxins and chemicals to our nutrition. Choosing healthier foods will not only improve our physical wellbeing, but also our general mental state and stability. For example, Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial for brain development, as it fosters communication between brain cells. Magnesium blocks NMDA receptors which calms the nervous system and enables mental stability. Finally, calcium controls other neuronal functions. Of course, different foods have different nutrients and thus different abilities to immediately control our physical and mental state. Choosing processed, unhealthy foods affect our energy as the energy of the food is digested by us. Of course there is a lot of talk about veganism and vegetarianism, which say that the energy of animal products directly finds itself within us. At the end of the day, we should intuitively, and eat healthily. A smart idea can be to record what makes us feel our fittest and eat full, filling meals.
